Mooring experience/balloon workshop

Please check the sunrise time of "Saitama Prefecture" from the "National Astronomical Observatory Calendar Calculation Room" site and check the meeting time.

Note: Meeting times vary daily to match the sunrise and sunset. The time may be set on the reservation site for convenience, but please be sure to check the meeting time here.

■ Clothes: Shoes that can get dirty and outdoor clothes

* Since the flight site is a weedy area, it may be dirty with morning dew and mud. Also, black soot may fly from the burner, so please come in clothes that you don't mind getting dirty (climbing clothes, etc.).

Please refrain from wearing skirts, sandals, heels, and white clothing.

■ Clothing for each season

Autumn/Winter: The temperature drops below freezing in the early morning, so please be sure to protect yourself from the cold.

Spring/Summer: Short sleeves and shorts are fine, but please be careful not to get sunburned or get bitten by insects.

■ Regarding the cold in the sky

The air temperature is not much different from the ground. Please come dressed according to the temperature on the ground.

■ What to bring: Work gloves (work gloves, etc.)

■ About the restroom
Each experience takes about 3 hours, and you cannot go to the toilet on the way. Please complete in advance and come with plenty of time to spare.
■ Implementation decision
A final decision will be made between 12:00 and 13:00 on the day before the experience, and you will be notified by email.

■Conditions, cancellation notices, and schedule changes
・Since we fly with safety first, we will not fly in rainy weather, snowfall, or strong winds (wind speed of 3 m / s or more).
・It may be unavoidably canceled at the time of local gathering. Even in that case, we can not respond to compensation such as travel expenses and accommodation expenses to the site. Please note.
・We will send you an e-mail with the final decision about the flight at around 12:00 the day before.
